These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) oversee your navigation of https://www.lumenrallyclub.com, your request for entry, and your presence at gatherings organized by Lumen Rally Club Inc., doing business as Lumen Rally Club (“Lumen Rally Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By utilizing our site, applying for a spot, purchasing admission, or joining an event, you consent to these Terms. If you do not consent, please stop using our Services immediately to remain compliant.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to apply for membership, purchase tickets, or attend our events. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current, and that you will present valid government-issued ID when requested.
2. Membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review and approve applications at our sole discretion. Membership is a personal, non-transferable privilege, not a right, and confers no ownership interest in Lumen Rally Club. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, including for violations of these Terms or our code of conduct, with or without notice.
3. Code of Conduct
At our events and in our community, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and with venue, staff, and security instructions. Treat other members, guests, staff, and partners with respect. You may not engage in harassment, violence, illegal activity, or disorderly conduct. We may remove you from an event, or revoke your membership, for violating this section, without a refund.
4. Tickets
Tickets grant a limited, revocable license to attend a specific event. We may refuse or revoke entry at our discretion, consistent with these Terms. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Where an event includes access to a separate third-party venue or game, that access is subject to the third party’s own terms and ticketing.
5. Payments & Refunds
Prices are listed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party processor; we do not store your full payment card details. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event. If we cancel an event outright, our maximum obligation to you is a refund of the ticket price paid.
6. Alcohol & Event Conduct
Events may include alcohol. You must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages. We and the venue may refuse service to anyone. You are responsible for your own conduct and consumption. Do not drink and drive; arrange safe transportation. You agree to comply with all alcohol-related laws and venue policies at all times.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release
You understand that attending in-person events involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release and hold harmless Lumen Rally Club, its organizers, staff, and partners from any claims, injuries, or losses arising from your attendance, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, bypass any security measures, or use any automated tools to collect data from our services without prior written authorization.
